Therapeutic massage combines several different massage modalities and techniques. The therapist will gauge your needs then apply the modality necessary for the most beneficial session using several strokes including swedish and myofascial techniques. Our goal with therapeutic massage is to be therapeutic and work out your muscle tension to relieve aches and pains, but with less pressure than a deep tissue session.

CBD Massage will bring you to your maximum relaxation level and will also allow your therapist to get in a little deeper without your body fighting it. CBD promotes faster healing and can naturally loosen muscles to reduce pain & inflammation.  We use a combination of our private label highest quality American Hemp salve and tincture. CBD contains NO THC and will not alter state of mind, it is strictly medicinal.

Deep Tissue Massage, Phoenix AZ

Deep tissue massage is therapeutic massage that focuses on the deeper layers of thick muscle tissue to unstick the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held tension points. Your therapist utilizes both trigger point therapy & sports massage techniques during session and you'll find that your body will continue to respond and release for a few days following treatment. 

Prenatal Massage

Carrying a baby changes your center of gravity and puts stress on your back, neck, abdominals, and shoulders. Pregnancy relaxes ligaments making pelvic joints less stable and changes posture.  Prenatal therapists know where to find the sore spots yet also know how to safely avoid areas which are contraindicated during pregnancy. We use a cushion designed for lying face down, yes, on your stomach! If you prefer, we can also accommodate a side-line position but please note that our work will be limited.

Lymphatic Drainage     

50-minutes $135
Therapist systematically pumps and lightly strokes to assist in opening valves which allows lymph fluid to drain through the proper channels. This session is designed with particular focus on the entire lymphatic system, and is not considered your typical massage. Please do not expect us to work a single location with accumulated lymph, we address the entire lymphatic system and no fluid will be  expelled from a port during session. Our session was designed by Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Dry Brushing & Lymph Flow Essential Oil are used for enhanced benefits. 

Foot Reflexology

Foot reflexology can be a great alternative to those who don't prefer touch, as it is a non-invasive way to work the body by bringing your entire body into balance through nerve endings and reflex points.  The entire body is mirrored in your feet!  Although reflexology can be done on feet, hands, & ears, our session is focused solely on your feet.  Reflexology can feel both stimulating and relaxing.  Hot towels and peppermint-aloe foot balm are used as an added bonus for this treatment.

Scalp Massage

Coconut Oil Scalp Massage combines the intoxicating smell of coconut with an amazing scalp massage ... reaping the profound benefits of coconut oil, which helps overall hair and scalp health. We first work the oil into your scalp and then through the ends of your hair and then massage your scalp for 20 minutes. Can be booked as both an add-on or as a stand-alone session. Works best when added to a massage.

Aromatherapy! Optimize your massage experience with essential oil which can increase relaxation and enhance your massage experience. Essential Oils have been around as remedies for thousands of years. Your mind-body wellness will be enhanced with use of these amazing therapeutic oils. No time added.

Dry Brushing

Dry Brushing is done with gentle strokes towards the heart to help circulation and lymphatic flow.  Running a natural bristled brush on the skin loosens and removes dead skin cells.  Naturally exfoliates dead skin while stimulating new healthy skin.  Dry brushing can detox, reduce cellulite, improve skin conditions, stimulate hormones and oil producing glands for youthful, glowing skin.  It also aids in digestion and kidney function.

Hot Stone Massage

Therapeutic massage with addition of hot oiled stones which will be used at intervals during your massage.
The heat from the stones will directly and deeply penetrate and warm the belly of your muscles for an ultra-relaxing and therapeutic heat sensation.


Red Light Therapy

Our Red Light Therapy Bed has advanced features with proven wavelengths to rejuvenate your entire body. Lay back & relax while fully surrounded treatment lights, addressing your needs from head to toe for inflammation, arthritis, circulation, muscular soreness, skin conditions, tendonitis, and more.
